Danke dafür❤ ich übe auch viel mit deinen videos und merke schnell eine Verbesserung meiner Mobilität. Ich bin dir sehr dankbar dafür!! Aktuell hänge ich körperlich durch. Rechte Schulter macht Probleme, das linke Knie (knorpelschaden) und der Oberschenkelmuskel (Zerrung) streiken. In solchen Wochen weiß ich nicht wie ich trainieren darf um nicht nichts zu tun, oder mehr schaden anzurichten. Falls du einen Tipp da lassen würdest, wäre ich dir unendlich dankbar ❤🙏

    Liebe Marie, ich möchte mich ganz herzlich bei dir bedanken 😊 Ich habe vor über zwei Jahren angefangen, für einen Klimmzug zu trainieren. Es war so ein steiniger Weg, weil ich am Anfang keinerlei (!) Kraft im Oberkörper hatte. Stück für Stück habe ich mich meinem Ziel genähert und heute Morgen habe ich nun meinen ersten sauberen Klimmzug hinbekommen, und es war plötzlich ganz leicht 😀😀😀 Habe direkt vier Stück geschafft (mit Pausen natürlich). Du kannst dir vielleicht vorstellen, wie ich mich fühle 😇🫢🥳 Das ist wirklich ein Meilenstein in meinem Leben. Und deine Videos haben mir auf jeden Fall geholfen, dranzubleiben. In Sachen Motivation finde ich dich einfach unschlagbar und deine Tipps haben wirklich Hand und Fuß, was bei weiblichen Fitness-RUclipsrn nicht immer der Fall ist 😬 Danke danke danke! 😇🥰💪🏼

    For the sugar one, you can eat black chocolate, or just simply fruit. Why fruit? Because it has natural sugar which are WAY healthier than the shugar in chocolate, or any other sweets.❤ Plus, you should do some yoga streching in the morning, eat light food for dinner (if you can, make sure to eat dinner before 8 PM) do exercise 5 days a week (skip 2 days, reason: find on Google 😭, this is what my father told me so yh) Don't eat white bread, pasta, ice creams, fried food in deep oil and pots, chocolate, but keep it balanced. Instead, eat fruits, vegetables, meat (not fried ones) in the morning, try to drink 2 cups of water after you wake up (wakes up your organs, refreshes you) quit too much caffeine, don't drink too much milk because it makes youe tummy bloated😊 go for walks, if you can, go to gym ( you don't have to, you can do the exercise at home too if you don't want to go to gym) kedp your body active. The best of all is that you'll feel better, active, your headaches will stop, your body composure will be in a better form, you'll feel great. And your sleep will be better. You should try this❤ I am doing this too, so, I'm speaking from experience 😊 You can do it!

      Also, to prevent laziness, PLEASE stop watching your phone non-stop. Do some outside activities, go out with your friends, hang out with your family, journal, draw something, read books, learn something more. ❤
